Sibenik has been described by the National Geographic magazine as the“world’s number one sailing destination.” The town is the ideal starting point for a very memorable yacht charter as it is positioned incredibly well, in the middle of the Croatian Adriatic coast. The curved bay offers a very picturesque setting, into which the River Krka flows, one of the most beautiful rivers in Croatia.
Climate
Sibenik has a Mediterranean climate, with mild, humid winters and hot, dry summers. January and February are the coldest months, July and August are the hottest months. In July the average maximum temperature is around 30°C (86 °F).
