After orientation and chart briefing, leave for Haslewood Island passing through Solway passage to anchor for the night at Whitehaven Beach, Chalkie’s Beach or Windy Bay.
From Windy Bay to May's Bay
Explore either White Bay at low tide or Tongue Bay and Hill Inlet at high tide. Then go to Cateran Bay in Border Island for lunch and snorkelling. Cut through Hook Passage to spend the night in May’s Bay or the more quiet Cid Harbour.
From May's Bay to Butterfly Bay
Go north to the top of Hook Island in the Marine Park area. Snorkel and lunch in the zone, then drop the anchor down for the night in Butterfly Bay.
From Butterfly Bay to Bird Island
Today you will be able to explore the reefs Black, Langford and Bird Island. Then spend the night at one of the stunning Stonehaven anchorages.
From Bird Island to South Molle Island
Head south to the fjord of Nara Inlet. Go ashore then bushwalk to the Aboriginal cave. But only the fittest may wish to keep on walking up to the waterfall. After lunch, set sail for South Molle Island.
From Molle Island to Shaw Island
A lively sail down through the passage will bring you to the sandy beaches of Lindeman Island for lunch. Move on to Shaw Island, Neck Bay or Burning Point for the night.
From Shaw Island to Long Island
Have a look at Shaw Island or the hole in Maher Island in the morning then travel to Palm Bay on Long Island for your last evening’s celebration dinner ashore.
The following morning, a nice last sail across the Whitsunday Passage will bring you back to the base.
