The harbour of Milazzo is located at the beginning of the harmonious peninsula within the eastern side of the bay. The harbour perimeter is 2,500 meters long and encompases a single basin. In the NE it is protected by a two-pronged wharf (Marullo wharf and Foraneo wharf) and in the South by an inner wharf.
