Miami and the Florida Keys Between Miami and the Dry Tortugas, you will find some of the finest sailing waters on the Atlantique coast. The Keys' temperatures are moderated by the waters of the Gulf Stream. Average temperatures range from 80 to 90 °F (27 to 32C°) in the summer and from 70 to 80 °F (21 to 27C°) in the winter.
