JPS, formerly known as Spirit III, is a stylish Ferretti Yacht that was constructed in 2012 and refurbished in 2019. She has four guest rooms that can accommodate up to eight charter guests, as well as three staff cabins.

She is well furnished and has a unique internal layout, with the crew members on the lower deck, providing for more space for the visitors to enjoy the boat.

This four-cabin motoryacht offers two VIP guest rooms and another guest cabin in addition to the large full-beam master stateroom. Each cottage has its own bathroom. A beautiful view of the sea may be enjoyed from the big salon with its huge windows. In a practical U-shape, the galley has been situated straight forward of the elevated helm.

Between the kitchen and the bar is a bar counter with two or three seats where two or three people may sit and speak with the chef or have a snack. The two crew rooms in the bow are accessible from the galley. The galley, as well as the dinette, may be shuttered for nighttime operation.

A spacious eating room with a U-shaped table, a grill area with fridge, and a bar with two chairs may all be found on the flybridge. Two nice lounge chairs with a parasol and a Jacuzzi are placed near the back of the flybridge, where the tender is typically located.
