7 days to the Amalfi Coast from Naples Italy
Day 1 : Naples - Procida
After arriving at Naples-Capodichino International Airport (NAP), reach your boat at the marina and then weigh anchor for Procida.
Unique in its simplicity, Procida is a pleasant destination for your yachting holidays in Italy. Famous for its temperate climate, you will be able to dive in preserved and magnificent sites.
Stroll through the narrow street of the oldest and smallest island in the Bay of Naples, Procida, then visit its churches and admire the architecture of past centuries. After a walk along the harbor in the evening, sail to the nearby island of Ischia.
Day 2 : Procida -Ischia
Ischia, one of the largest islands in the south-central Tyrrhenian Sea, behind Sicily, differs from Procida with its vast expanses of woodland, beautiful spa towns and ruins.
On land, visit the Castello Aragonese, a complex of sprawling fortresses that includes a castle, a cathedral and a crypt. Built in the 15th century, the fortress was once used to protect the island from pirates. Then explore the island and head to the beach of Fumarole to enjoy its hot and dry sand, heated from a volcanic basin located under the bay.
Day 3 : Ischia -Capri
In the morning, visit Ischia, Casamicciola, Lacco Ameno and Foro d'Ischia, natural springs then leave for the magnificent Capri. Let yourself be dazzled by the rocks and caves of the city and then visit the cave Azzurra, a cave filled with spectacular blue water.
Day 4 : Capri - Positano
In Positano, the most picturesque and photogenic city on the coast, its vertiginous houses collapse to the sea in a sun-bleached waterfall. Walk its steep streets, its steps lined with hotels, chic restaurants and trendy shops and taste the famous pizza cooked over a wood fire.
Day 5 : Positano - Amalfi
While sailing towards Amalfi, make some stops immersed in turquoise water or stops of visits of the small villages of the peninsula. Also, halfway, explore the Emerald Cave discovered in 1932, particularly famous for its formations of stalactites and stalagmites.
Day 6 : Amalfi - Sorrento - Naples
Head to Sorrento, a city perched on cliffs, admire its panoramic view of the bay, and visit Piazza Tasso, a famous square lined with cafes. After exploring the historic center of the city characterized by narrow alleys and a quiet cloister, reach Naples.
On land, discover the rich artistic and historical heritage of the city, visit the Duomo San Gennaro, the People's Square, the San Carlo Theater ... then close the day with a tasting of dishes based on the famous mozzarella.
Day 7 : Naples
After a Neapolitan breakfast, leave the boat and return to the city airport.
