British Columbia is a large province, and therefore has a number of different climatic zones. In general, however, temperatures are warmer in the south than in the north.
In summer temperatures frequently surpass 30°C/86°F. Nearer the coast, temperatures range from 22 to 28°C/72 to 83°F.
