Emmanuel Pertuisot - President
Graduated from the French Merchant Marine, Emmanuel created in 1999, together with his partner Daniel Doppler, the first website on the market related to chartering business for crewed and bareboat yachts in the Caribbean.
Emmanuel is in charge of Caribbean area for the charter business, as well as the development of brokerage and yacht management activities

Hugues Bourgeois
Based in Hong Kong, Hugues recently joined as a partner in Windward Islands and he is leading the APM (Asia Pacific Middle East) expansion of Windward Islands. Hugues is bringing valuable brand building and business development experience. Hugues is graduated from the University of Delaware and has over 15 years of Sales, Marketing and Management experience of consumer brands, in Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

Olivier Capot
Before joining the Winward Islands Team, has been a captain for 17 years in the Mediterranean, Britany, the Caribbean and across the Atlantic. He settle down in Florida and couldn’t resist to go back to the boat industries. Olivier now brings his experience to find the perfect boat and the perfect location for Windward Islands clients.

Catherine Cardyn
Opened the Windward Islands UK office in January 2004. A French national who has lived in London for 13 years, Catherine has lived and travelled extensively on all five continents and speaks French, English and Portuguese. With a Political Science degree from Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, plus work experience in investment banking, executive search, and travel consultancy, Catherine¹s varied background brings considerable expertise to her current role in advising Windward Islands¹ clients on all aspects their yacht charter.

Lucy Chow
Based in Dubai, Lucy is a partner with Windward Islands. Her career has spanned Canada, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Wall Street and now the Middle East. She has 16 years of experience heading marketing functions in sectors ranging from non-profit to investment banking and looks forward to bringing that background to growing a luxury brand with Windward Islands. Lucy holds an MBA from Northwestern University, and a BA in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.

Debbie De Villiers
Debbie has worked in the charter industry including Sunsail South Africa for 6 years booking clients worldwide.
She has spent most of her career traveling Europe and the Indian Ocean. Has She likes nothing more than liaising with clients - helping them charter great boats in stunning locations. Now based in New Zealand - looking after clients based in Australia and New Zealand.

Carine Fournier
Before joining the Windward Islands team in France, Carine worked for three years as a crew member on luxury crewed yachts in the West Indies and the Mediterranean. Her responsibilities also included recruitment for a sailing schoool. Today she uses these experiences to full advantage in planning charters for Windward Islands’ clients. In her spare time she enjoys sailing in regattas.

Giulio Di Vito
Is based in Rome and heads the windward islands operations in Italy. He spent most of his professional career in the hotel and tourist industry, taking care of the management and sales departments for more than 20 years. Now Giulio will try to combine and to adapt for the best all his professional experiences to the charter industry.

Cyril Gantier
Based and been leaving in London where he managed the UK team. Since graduated, Cyril's professional career for the past 10 years has been in the Sales and Tourism Industries working for big organisations such as GTA (Gullivers Travel Associates). In his spare time he also founded and managed the windward Islands football team UK.
Cyril brings his own experience to offer the perfect boat and the best customer service.

Daniel Doppler - CEO
Co founder of Windward Islands in 1999 with Emmanuel Pertuisot. After a MBA from the Strasbourg University, and an experience as a trader on the Paris Stock Exchange he created and run during 9 years an adverstising, events and internet company. In 2000 he sold his company to focus on Windward Islands. Daniel is now in charge of business and partnership development worldwide.

Fabienne Gosselin
Holds degree in Languages and international business and has lived in germanyu for 15 years.
She has been working in different domains, such as the tourism industry and joined 2005 Windward Islands team. She speaks french, german, english and spanish.

Alessandra Pirazzoli
A graduate in Italian law Alessandra has been working in different domains: as a HR Management Consultant for a multinational recruiting temporary company and subsequently she experienced his personal career in sales, marketing, communication, PR and events management. Now Alessandra is mixing her knowlodge and experience in the yacht charter word in the italian team of Windward Islands in Rome.

Philippe Rode
Based in Barcelona where he heads the Windward Islands operation in Spain. He spent most of his professional career in tourism and has worked in many parts of the world and first joined the yachting industry as Base Manager for Catana catamarans in the French West Indies. Phillipe now brings his broad experience to Windward Islands and in his spare time likes nothing better than sailing with family and friends.

Chantal Rose
Ex Graduate from the Chartered Institute of Marketting Uk (CIM) and Seychelles and Tourism and Travel Management School. Started Helicopter Seychelles in 1995, Chantal has to mangaged the operations team of pilots and crew as long as sales and marketting management. Native from Seychelles she has been leaving in London for the past 9 years. Chantal has been working as a key member of the Interval International limited Travel Exchanges network for the past 7 years. Joined windward-Islands in early 2009 as a new challenge.

Simone Rhodes
A BA Hons Graduate in modern languages from Exeter University, joined Windward Islands in 2006 to strengthen the Windward Islands UK operation. With over 15 years experience in sales, marketing, advertising, PR, research, design, and event management, Simone is now thoroughly enjoying the client liaison and international scope of her role.

Valerie Sarnin-Andre
Based in San Francisco, is responsible for the US and Canadian clients. With an extensive sales & marketing background working and living in the US and abroad (Canada, South-East Asia and Europe), she uses this experience to offer new and unique charter experiences to the clients. Valerie ,who gratuated from ISG, a French Business School in Paris started her career in the luxury good industry and travel retail.

Andrea Schnarwiler
Has been involved in teaching and training for most of her professional life, but her passion for sailing has led her to explore many parts of the globe, on chartered, or more recently, her own yachts. A thirst for adventure led Andrea to explore the Caribbean Islands where she started operating charters for Windward Islands’ clients. On her return to Switzerland she took up responsibility for clients in Switzerland, Italy and Eastern Europe. In her leisure time Andrea teaches navigation skills to would-be skippers on her racing yacht in Brittany.

Karen Van Vreden
Karen has been involved in marketing for most of her career. She is based in Durban, South Africa and has been working in the sailing industry for the last 10 years managing and marketing the sail training division of Professional Yacht Management. For the last 3 years she has also been responsible for the charter division assisting clients with their charter bookings initially with Sunsail and now with Windward Islands.
