Climate
The climate in Malta is Mediterranean, with hot, dry summers and short, cool winters with adequate rainfall. June, July, and August are normally quite dry. The temperature is very stable, the monthly averages ranging from 12° C (54°F) to 31°C (88°F). Winds are strong and frequent. The relative humidity is consistently high and rarely falls below 40%.

Sail to other places, like Tunisia (160NM), Sicily (58NM) or Lampedusa (95NM) all lying within cruising distance from Malta or stay within the Maltese Islands, Gozo and Comino which provide a charming cruising ground.
Gozo, the legendary Calypso's Isle of the Odyssey, is steeped in myth. It's a peaceful palce with rugged landscape and spectacular coastline. Gozo has some of the Mediterranean's best dive spots.
Comino, between Malta and Cozo, is another paradise for divers. The carefree lifestyle and perfect seclusion of Comino, makes it a superb anchorage by night.
